中国经济与社会发展统计数据库

一、《湖南统计年鉴-2016》系统收录了全省及各市、州、县2015年经济和社会发展方面的大量统计数据,以及重要历史年份的全省主要统计数据,是一部全面反映湖南省经济和社会发展情况的资料性年刊。 二、全书分为首卷和统计资料。首卷为特载《政府工作报告》和《2015年湖南省国民经济和社会发展统计公报》。统计资料分为21个章节,即:1.综合;2.国民经济核算;3.人口;4.就业人员和工资;5.固定资产投资;6.对外经济、旅游和开发区;7.能源;8.财政、金融和保险;9.城市建设和环境保护;10.农业;11.工业;12.建筑业;13.交通运输、邮电和其他服务业;14.批发和零售业、住宿和餐饮业;15.教育和科技;16.文化、体育和卫生;17.党群、政法和社会福利;18.区域经济;19.各市、州主要经济和社会统计指标;20.各县、市(区)主要经济和社会统计指标;21.各省、市、自治区主要经济和社会统计指标。为方便读者使用,各篇章篇末附有《主要统计指标解释》。 三、与2015年版《湖南统计年鉴》比较,本《年鉴》内容和篇章结构主要做了如下修订和补充:将原“交通运输和邮电业”篇章更名为“交通运输、邮电和其他服务业”,对规模以上服务业年度统计资料进行公开发布;根据新的国民经济行业分类,本《年鉴》对有关指标进行了增减和调整,并对有关统计资料进行不同程度的充实。 四、本《年鉴》中价值指标均按当年价格计算,指数均按可比价格计算。如有变化,表后附有说明。本年鉴数据均为电脑合成,由于单位取舍按四舍五人处理产生的计算误差,均未作机械调整。 五、本《年鉴》按照《中国统计年鉴》大体框架和规范要求编辑。统一使用《中国统计年鉴》指标解释,统一采用国际度量衡标准计量单位,统一使用《中国统计年鉴》规范符号。 六、本《年鉴》中特载《政府工作报告》、《2015年湖南省国民经济和社会发展统计公报》和第21章节使用的数字为快报数或初步统计数。 七、本《年鉴》表中的符号使用说明:“#”表示其中的主要项;“空格”表示指标数据不详、无该项统计数据或数据不足最小计量单位。 八、本《年鉴》编辑中如有不足之处,恳请广大读者批评指正。 Ⅰ.Hunan Statistical Yearbook-2016 is an annual statistical publication,which reflects comprehensively theeconomic and social development of Hunan.It covers data for 2015 and key statistical data in some historically importantyears at provincial level and local levels of cities,prefecture and counties. Ⅱ.Hunan Statistical Yearbook-2016 includes a special issue and statistical figures.The special issue are GovernmentWork Report and Statistical Communique of Hunan Province on the 2015 National Economic and Social Development.The statistical data contain the following 21 parts:1.General Survey;2.National Accounts;3.Population;4.Employmentand Wages;5.Investment in Fixed Assets;6.Foreign Economy,Tourism and Development Zones;7.Energy;8.Finance,Banking and Insurance;9.Construction of Cities and Environmental Protection;10.Agriculture;11.Industry;12.Construction;13.Transportation,Post,Telecommunication and Other Services;14.Wholesale and Retail Trades,Hotelsand Catering Services;15.Education,Science and Technology;16.Culture,Sports and Public Health;17.Party and Mass,Politics and Law,Social Service;18.Regional Economy;19.Main Economic and Social Statistics Indicators of Cities andPrefecture;20.Main Economic and Social Statistics Indicators of Counties and Cities(districts);21.Main Economic andSocial Indicators by Provinces(Municipalities and Autonomous Regions).To facilitate readers,at the end of each chapter,Explanatory Notes on Main Statistical Indicators are included. Ⅲ.In comparison with Hunan Statistical Yearbook-2015,following revisions have been made in this new versionin terms of the statistical contents and in editing:The original “Transportation,Postal and Telecommunication Services”chapter was renamed “Transportation,Postal,Telecommunication and other Services”,Public release of the annualstatistics detail of the Service above Designated Size. According to Classification of National Economic Industrics,relevant statistics are increased or adjusted to enrichrelative Statistical Indicators in different degree. Ⅳ.All of the value indicators in this book are calculated by the same year's prices.All of the indices are calculatedby the constant price.Explanatory notes are provided behind the list in which if there are changes.Data of the book arecomposed by computers. Ⅴ.The book is edited according to the frame and standard of China Statistical Yearbook.The indicator explanatorynotes are edited according to China Statistical Yearbook,and the units of measurement are internationally standardmeasurement units.The notations are standard notations of China Statistical Yearbook. Ⅵ.Figures in Government Work Report,the communique and Chapter 21 are preliminary statistics. Ⅶ.Notations used in the yearbook:“#” indicates the major items of the total;“(blank)” indicates that data are notavailable or the figure is not large enough to be measured with the smallest unit in the table. Ⅷ.Based on our limited level,perhaps there are some mistakes in the book,we welcome all candid comments andcriticism from our readers.
