1、《贵州统计年鉴——2004》通过大量的统计数据来反映2003年贵州省国民经济和社会发展变化情况，是国内外各界人土认识贵州、了解贵州的重要工具书。 2、根据“全面、协调、可持续发展观”的要求，本书在保持上年总体构架不变的基础上，增设了“资源、环境”篇，取消“行政区划、自然资源”篇，将“行政区划”内容列入“综合”篇，将“自然资源”的内容放在“资源、环境”篇。充实并丰富了“固定资产投资”、“旅游”等篇章的内容，对少量的统计指标和统计表格进行了调整充实。为方便使用者了解每篇资料内容、来源，每篇章之前增加了简要说明。 3、本年鉴为中英文对照版，全书内容包括：综合，人口，就业、职工工资和社会福利，固定资产投资，能源、原材料消耗，农业，工业，建筑业，交通运输、邮电通信，国内商业，对外经济贸易与合作，旅游，价格水平，财政、金融、证券、保险，人民生活，科技、教育、文化，资源、环境，体育、卫生、及其他，民族自治地区，城市建设与发展，小康水平、经济强县，扶贫与开发，地县社会经济发展概况，全国各省主要经济指标，历年资料共25个部分。 4、本年鉴数据大部分来自统计年报，一部分来自抽样调查结果。 5、本年鉴数据与往年数据有出入的，以本年鉴数据为准。 6、根据国家统计局有关规定，“国内生产总值(GDP)”名称在本书中全部更名为“地区生产总值”或“生产总值”，英文名称仍为“GDP”，“人均国内生产总值”更名为“人均生产总值”。 7、本年鉴采用的国民经济行业分类标准为中华人民共和国国家标准《国民经济行业分类和代码 GB/T 4754-2002》。 8、本年鉴部分数据合计数或相对数由于单位取舍不同而产生的计算误差均未作机械调整。 9、本年鉴表中的符号使用说明：“…”表示数据不足最小计量单位数；“空格”表示该项统计指标数据不祥或无该项数据，“#”表示其中的主要项。 由于编辑时间紧，编辑水平有限，本书在编辑过程中难免有不足之处，敬请各位读者见谅，并请提出宝贵的意见和建议，我们将表示衷心的谢意。 1．Guizhou statistical Yearbook 2004 is an important tool for the friends from all circles to know Guizhou，which covers very comprehensive data to reflect various aspects of Guizhou's economic and social development in the year of 2003. 2. According to the relevant regulations of State Statistics Bureau，“the gross domestic product （GDP）”all renames as “regional total output value” or“total output value” in this book，the English name is still“GDP”，“per capita gross domestic product” renames as“the per capita total output value”. 7. The criteria of classification for national industry adopt GB/T 4754-2002，P. R. China in this book. 8. Statistical discrepancies due to rounding are not adjusted in this book. 9.
