一、《黑龙江统计年鉴—2016》是一部全面反映黑龙江省经济和社会发展状况的资料性工具书。本书系统收录了全省及各市(地)、县2016年经济和社会各方面的统计数据,以及历史重要年份的主要统计数据。 二、全书主体共分19部分:1.综合;2.人口、就业人员和职工工资;3.国民经济核算;4.价格指数;5.人民生活;6.财政、金融和保险;7.资源与环境;8.能源;9.固定资产投资;10.对外经济贸易;11.农业;12工业;13.建筑业;14.住房与房地产;15.国内贸易和旅游业;16.运输邮电软件业;17.教育与科技;18.文化、体育、卫生和社会服务;19.城市概况。同时附录两个部分:Ⅰ.各县(市)主要指标;Ⅱ.各类开发区情况。各部分附有主要统计指标解释。 三、资料中使用的度量衡单位均采用国际统一标准的计量单位。 四、本年鉴的资料大部分来自年度统计报表,部分数据来自抽样调查和专业部门年报,部分专业历史数据和资料来源口径有调整,请留意表中注释。 五、附录中的县域经济指标为各县(市)上报数,未做逐级核对,仅供参考。 六、由于数据来源和计算方法不同,一些指标分地区数据相加不等于全省数,请使用时注意。部分合计数或相对数因单位取舍不同而产生的计算误差均未做调整。 七、本年鉴中,各地区数据表增加了省直管试点绥芬河市和抚远县数据,未加特别说明的,则牡丹江不包含绥芬河数据,佳木斯不包含抚远县数据。 八、本年鉴中的符号使用说明:“空格”表示该项数据不详或数据太小,不足本表计量单位;“#”表示其中主要项。 Ⅰ.Heilongjiang Statistical Yearbook-2016 is an annual statistics publication,which covers verycomprehensive data in 2016 and some selected data series in historically important years at provinciallevels and local levels of cities,regions,and counties directly under the provincial government andtherefore,reflects various aspects of social and economic development of Heilongjiang. Ⅳ.The major data sources of this publication are obtained from annual statistical reports,and somefrom sample surveys and professional departments.Statistical coverage of some professional historicaldata has adjusted.Please attention to explanatory notes in charts. Ⅴ.Some statistical data gathering from regions are not the same as total of province.Pleaseattention to use.Statistical discrepancies due to rounding are not adjusted in this yearbook. Ⅵ.Economic indicators in appendix are statistical data of county.The data are not checked fromlevel.It is reference only. Ⅶ.In this yearbook,regional data table added Suifenhe city and Fuyuan County data,withoutspecial instructions,Mudanjiang does not include the data of Suifenhe,Jia Musi contains no data ofFuyuan County. Ⅷ.Notations used in this yearbook:“(Blank)”indicates that the data not available or the figure is not large enough to be measured withthe smallest unit in the table;“#”indicates the major items of the total.
