一、《杭州统计年鉴-2015》是一部信息密集的资料性年刊。本书通过大量统计数据,真实地记录了在改革开放中杭州的经济和社会的发展变化。本年鉴在前几年年鉴的基础上作了进一步的调整和改进,充实了数据信息量,并与前几年在版本内容、指标数据等方面基本保持连贯性。 二、本年鉴内容包括:综合;人口和就业人员;农业;工业、能源;建筑业;交通运输、邮电;固定资产投资;国内贸易;对外经济、旅游;财政、金融、保险;城市建设、环境保护;科技、教育、文化、卫生、体育;人民生活、物价、民政等十三部分。 三、本年鉴辑入的统计数字,以2014年为主,为方便读者使用,主要指标还列入了1978年以来有关年度的统计数字。根据国家统一规定,本年鉴按第三次全国经济普查结果对2009年以来的地区生产总值和社会消费品零售额数据进行了同步调整。 四、2001年起,萧山、余杭撤市建区,市区数据含萧山、余杭区;2014年起富阳撤市建区,市区数据包括富阳区在内。 五、本年鉴表中符号使用说明:“-”表示这一栏没有数字;“…”表示该数字极小,不足计量单位;“#”表示其中的主要项;空白栏表示未掌握资料;“”表示表下有注解。 六、读者在使用统计资料时,凡与本年鉴有出入的,均以本年鉴为准。 七、《杭州统计年鉴》公开出版以来,受到了广大读者的关心和支持,对此我们深表谢意。欢迎广大读者对年鉴内容、编排等方面提出宝贵意见,以利于我们进一步提高年鉴的编辑工作水平,更好地为广大读者服务(网址:http://www.hzstats.gov.cn/)。 Ⅰ.Hangzhou Statistical Yearbook 2015 is an informative annuals that coverscomprehensive data series of Hangzhou's social and economic development.Through the statistical data,it reflects the changes and development of Hangzhou'seconomy and society since China adopted the policy of reform and opening to theoutside world.This book is adjusted and progressed on basis of last years' books.It enriches the data,and keeps the consistency with last years' book in contentand indicators. Ⅱ.The book contains the following thirteen chapters:1.General Survey;2.Population and Employment;3.Agriculture;4.Industry and Energy;5.Construction;6.Transportation,Post and Telecommunications;7.Investmentin Fixed Assets;8.Domestic Trade;9.Foreign Economic Cooperation andTourism;10.Finance,Banking and Insurance;11.Urban Construction andEnvironmental Protection;12.Science and Technology,Education,Culture,Public Health and Sports;13.People's Livelihood,Price Indices and Civil Ad-ministration. Ⅲ.The book mainly reflects statistical data in 2014.And it also containssome selected data series in important years after 1978.In accordance with the na-tional standards by NBS,the data of GDP and Retail Sale of Consumer Goods inthis book have been revised according to the Third National Economic Census. Ⅳ.Because of the change of urban administrative division,the data ofXiaoshan District and Yuhang District have been included into the urban districtssince 2001,and it is the same with Fuyang District since 2014. Ⅴ.Notations used in this book:"-" indicates that the column has no fig-ure;"…" indicates that the figure is not large enough to be measured with thesmallest unit in the table;"blank" indicates that the data not available;"#" indi-cates the major items of the total;" * " indicates"see footnotes below". Ⅵ.In any case the data of this book shall be deemed as the authoritativeones.
