中国经济与社会发展统计数据库

一、《湖南统计年鉴—2018》系统收录了全省及各市、州、县2017年经济和社会发展方面的大量统计数据,以及重要历史年份的全省主要统计数据,是一部全面反映湖南省经济和社会发展情况的资料性年刊。 二、全书分为首卷和统计资料。首卷为特载《2018年湖南省政府工作报告》和《2017年湖南省国民经济和社会发展统计公报》。统计资料分为22个章节,即:1.综合;2.国民经济核算;3.人口;4.就业人员和工资;5.价格;6.人民生活;7.固定资产投资;8.对外经济和旅游;9.能源;10.财政、金融和保险;11.城市建设和环境保护;12.农业;13.工业;14.建筑业;15.交通运输、邮电和其他服务业;16.批发和零售业、住宿和餐饮业;17.教育和科技;18.文化、体育和卫生;19.党群、政法和社会服务;20.区域经济;21.各市、州主要经济和社会统计指标;22.各县(市、区)主要经济和社会统计指标。为方便读者使用,各篇章篇末附有《主要统计指标解释》。 三、与2017年版《湖南统计年鉴》比较,本年鉴在内容和篇章结构上主要做了如下修订和补充:新增了“价格”和“人民生活”两章(分别为第5章、第6章),并在第21章、第22章新增了市州、县市区价格、人民生活有关数据表。依据第三次全国农业普查全面调查资料,对2016年的地区生产总值、第一产业增加值数据进行了重新核算,对“国民经济核算”2006年以来的相关数据进行了修订;对“农业”相关指标历史年份的数据进行了修订。删减了湖南产业园区、省级和国家级开发区、工业集中区有关数据表、按全省人口平均的主要农产品产量表、分县市区的主要农业机械年末拥有量表、分县市区的规模工业增加值能耗情况表。根据专业和部门报表调整情况,本《年鉴》对有关指标进行了增减和调整,并对有关统计资料进行了不同程度的充实。 四、本年鉴中价值指标均按当年价格计算,指数均按可比价格计算。如有变化,表后附有说明。本年鉴数据均为电脑合成,由于单位取舍按四舍五人处理产生的计算误差,均未作机械调整。 五、本年鉴按照《中国统计年鉴》大体框架和规范要求编辑。统一使用《中国统计年鉴》指标解释,统一采用国际度量衡标准计量单位,统一使用《中国统计年鉴》规范符号。 六、本年鉴中特载《2018年湖南省政府工作报告》《2017年湖南省国民经济和社会发展统计公报》使用的数据为快报数或初步统计数。 七、本年鉴表中的符号使用说明:“#”表示其中的主要项;“空格”表示指标数据不详、无该项统计数据或数据不足最小计量单位。 八、本年鉴编辑中如有不足之处,恳请广大读者批评指正。 Ⅰ.Hunan Statistical Yearbook-2018 is an annual statistical publication,which reflects comprehensively theeconomic and social development of Hunan.It covers data for 2017 and key statistical data in some historicallyimportant years at provincial level and local levels of cities,prefecture and counties. Ⅱ.Hunan Statistical Yearbook-2018 includes a special issue and statistical figures.The special issue areGovernment Work Report and Statistical Communique of Hunan Province on the 2017 National Economic andSocial Development.The statistical data contain the following 22 parts:1.General Survey;2.National Accounts;3.Population;4.Employment and Wages;5.Price;6.People's life;7.1nvestment in Fixed Assets;8.Foreign Economyand Tourism;9.Energy;10.Finance,Banking and Insurance;11.Construction of Cities and EnvironmentalProtection;12.Agriculture;13.Industry;14.Construction;15.Transportation,Post,Telecommunication and OtherServices;16.Wholesale and Retail Trades,Hotels,Catering Services;17.Education,Science and Technology;18.Culture,Sports and Public Health;19.Party and Mass,Politics and Law,Social Service;20.Regional Economy;21.Main Economic and Social Statistics Indicators of Cities and Prefecture;22.Main Economic and SocialStatistics Indicators of Counties and Cities(districts).To facilitate readers,at the end of each chapter,ExplanatoryNotes on Main Statistical Indicators are included. Ⅲ.In comparison with Hunan Statistical Yearbook-2017,following revisions have been made in this newversion in terms of the statistical contents and in editing:Two chapters on "price" and "people's life"(Chapters5 and 6 respectively) have been added,and in the 21st and 22nd chapters,data sheets on city and county pricesand people's lives have been added.According to the comprehensive survey data of the third national agriculturalcensus,the data of regional GDP and primary industry added value in 2016 were re-calculated,and the relevantdata of "national economic accounting" since 2006 was revised;The data for the historical year of the relevantindicator has been revised.Deleted the relevant data tables of Hunan Industrial Park,provincial and nationaldevelopment zones and industrial concentration zones,the main agricultural product output table according to theprovince's population average,the table of major agricultural machinery at the end of the year and the scale ofindustrial added value of energy consumption by county and city.Adjust the Situation according to the professionaland departmental report,relevant statistics are increased or adjusted to enrich relative statistical indicators indifferent degree. Ⅳ.All of the value indicators in this book are calculated by the same year's prices.All of the indices arecalculated by the constant price.Explanatory notes are provided behind the list in which if there are changes.Dataof the book are composed by computers. Ⅴ.The book is edited according to the frame and standard of China Statistical Yearbook.The indicatorexplanatory notes are edited according to China Statistical Yearbook,and the units of measurement areinternationally standard measurement units.The notations are standard notations of China Statistical Yearbook. Ⅵ.Figures in Government Work Report,and the communique are preliminary statistics. Ⅶ.Notations used in the yearbook:“#”indicates the major items of the total;"(blank)" indicates that dataare not available or the figure is not large enough to be measured with the smallest unit in the table. Ⅷ.Based on our limited level,perhaps there are some mistakes in the book,we welcome all candid commentsand criticism from our readers.
