一、《贵州统计年鉴-2016》系统收录了2015年贵州省国民经济和社会发展等各方面统计数据,改革开放以来特别是2011年以来的主要统计数据,"十二五"时期贵州主要经济指标完成情况,全省各市(州)、县(市、区、特区)和全国及各省(区、市)主要统计数据,是反映贵州省情的重要工具书之一。
二、本年鉴包括28个部分:综合,国民经济核算,人口,就业人员和职工工资,固定资产投资,对外经济贸易,能源,财政税收,价格指数,人民生活,城市概况,资源和环境,农业,工业,建筑业,运输和邮电,批发、零售、住宿和餐饮业,旅游业,金融业,教育,科技,文化、体育和卫生,社会服务及其他,民营经济,民族自治地方,脱贫进展,市(州)、县(市、区、特区)资料,全国及各省(区、市)资料。为便于读者了解和使用统计数据,在每部分首页作简要说明,末尾附该部分主要统计指标解释。
三、本年鉴中,凡由有关部门(单位)提供的数据都在统计表下方注明了数据来源。部分指标统计范围、口径发生变化的在表下均有注释,请读者使用时注意。
四、本年鉴中部分数据合计数或相对数由于计算单位或取舍不同而产生的计算误差,均未作机械调整。
五、本年鉴表中符号使用说明:“…”表示数据不足最小计量单位,“空格”表示该统计指标数据不详或无数据,“#”表示该指标为其中项。

Ⅰ.Guizhou Statistical Yearbook 2016 is an annual statistical publication,it system includedthe statistical data,which reflects comprehensively the economic and social development ofGuizhou Province.It covers data for 2015,key statistical data for the years since Reform and O-pening-up especially the year 2011,and Main Statistics of Province(autonomous regions,mu-nicipalities) as well as the whole country.It is a useful reference book to thoroughly knowGuizhou.
Ⅱ.The Yearbook contains 28 chapters:General Survey;National Accounts;Population;Employment and Wages;Investment in Fixed Assets;Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation;Energy;Government Finance and Taxation;Price Indices;Peoples Living Conditions;GeneralSurvey of Cities;Resources and Environment;Agriculture;Industry;Construction;Transport,Postal and Telecommunication Services;Wholesale and Retail Trades;Hotel,Catering Servicesand Tourism;Financial Intermediation;Education,Science and Technology;Culture,Sportsand Public Health;Social Services and Others;Private Economy;Minority Nationality Autono-mous Areas;Economically Strong Counties;Anti-poverty Progress;Main Statistics of Prefec-tures and Counties;Main Statistics of Provinces(autonomous regions,municipalities) and theWhole Country;Historical Statistics.A brief description is given on the front page of each sec-tion,and explanatory Notes on Main Statistical Indicators is attached to the end of each chapter,to help the readers to use the statistical data in this book.
Ⅲ.Notes are taken under the data tables in which the data are provided by relative depart-ments(unit) In part of the statistical divisions or the caliber of the changes in table are all not-ed.Please pay attention when you use it.
Ⅳ.Statistical discrepancies on totals and relative figures due to rounding are not adjustedin the yearbook.
Ⅴ.Notations used in the yearbook:"…" indicates that the figure is not large enough to bemeasured with the smallest unit in the table;" blank space" indicates that data are unknown orare not available;"#" indicates a major breakdown of the total.
