一、《海南统计年鉴—2002》是一部全面、系统反映海南省国民经济和社会发展情况的资料性年刊。本书收录了全省19个市、县及洋浦经济开发区2001年经济和社会方面大量的统计数据，以及历史重要年份和近几年的全省主要统计数据。 二、全书内容分为16个部分，即：1、综合；2、人口；3、从业人员和职工工资；4、固定资产投资；5、能源和原材料消费；6、物价指数；7、人民生活；8、农林牧渔业；9、工业；10、建筑业；11、交通运输和邮电通信业；12、国内贸易业；13、对外经济贸易和旅游业；14、财政和金融保险业；15、教育、文化、体育和科技；16、卫生、环保、民政及社会保障。各篇末都附有《主要统计指标解释》，对主要统计指标的含义、统计范围、统计方法，以及历史的变动情况作了简要说明。 三、按照本省现行的生产管理和行政管理体制，在各市县辖区内的国有农垦农场由省农垦总局直接管理。本年鉴统计数据中，除表中有标明的和人口、对外经济和旅游业、交通邮电、财政金融、文教卫生科技等部分外，农垦系统均不计人各市县中，全省国有农垦农场的数据在“农垦”中单独列出。洋浦经济开发区直属省政府管辖，统计数据单独列出。西、南、中沙群岛由于目前经济活动还较少，统计资料来源也较困难，本年鉴中除了人口、劳动力和工资部分包括了西、南、中沙群岛外，其余部分均不计入。 四、资料中所使用的度量衡单位均采用国际统一标准计量单位。 五、本年鉴的资料来源大部分来自统计系统年度统计报表和抽样调查，一部分取自各主管部门的年度统计报表。 六、本年鉴部分数据合计数或相对数由于单位取舍不同产生的计算误差均未作机械调整。 Ⅰ．China Statistical Yearbook 2002 is an annual statistics publication, which covers very comprehensive data in 2001 and some selected data series in historically important years and the most recent twenty years at national level and local levels of province， autonomous region，and municipalities directly under the central government and therefore，reflects various aspects of China's social and economic development． Ⅱ．The book contains the following sixteen parts，1．General Survey；2．Population; 3．Employment and Wages；4．Investment in Fixed Assets; 5．Production and Consumption of Energy；6．Price Indices；7．People’s Livelihood；8．Agriculture；9．Industry；10.Construction；11. Transport，Post and Telecommunication Services；12．Domestic Trade； 13．Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation，Tourism; 14．Government Finance and Banking, Insurance; 15．Education, Culture，Sports, Science and Technology；16．Public Health，Environmental Protection, Civil Administration and Social Security．Explanatory Notes on Main Statistical Indicators are provided at the end of each part to briefly describe the content of main statistical indicators，and the scope，and statistical methods and historical changes are concerned． Ⅲ．According to the existing production management and administrative management system in my provine，the state own "Nongken" farm in the cities and counties is supervised by the provincial "Nongken" general bureau．The datas in the yearbook at "Nongken" system is not stated．Its datas is separatly listed out besides the parts of especially marked，population，forign economy，tourism，transportation，postal and telecommunications，govenment finace and Banking，culture and education，health，science and technology, YangPu Economic Developemnt zone is directy supervised the provincial government. Its datas is listed out separatly．The population, labour fore and salany of the West, South，Middle sand isle are only stated in the yearbook because its economic adivity at present is not good and its source datas are difficult to fird．The datas of other parts are not stated in the yearbook． Ⅳ．The units of measurement used in this book are internationally standard measurement units． Ⅴ．The major data sources of this publication are obtained from annual statistical reports and sample surveys，and some from annual statistical reports of various departments responsible for the work． Ⅵ．Statistical discrepancies due to rounding are not adjusted in this yearbook．
